Privacy & Terms

Codingand provides the following development services:

• Web Application Development: Custom websites, web applications, e-commerce solutions, and web portals.
• Mobile Application Development: Native and cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.
• System Development: Custom software systems, enterprise applications, and integrated solutions.

All services are provided on a project basis as agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and specifications
• Responding to requests for information or clarification in a timely manner
• Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Providing necessary access to systems, accounts, or resources required for project completion
• Ensuring you have proper rights to any content, materials, or intellectual property provided to us
• Making payments according to the agreed payment schedule

Client-Owned Materials: You retain all rights to content, logos, trademarks, and materials you provide to us.

Work Product: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in your contract, except for:

• Third-party components, libraries, or frameworks that are subject to their own licenses
• Pre-existing tools, code, or methodologies owned by Codingand that may be incorporated into the deliverables
• General programming techniques, algorithms, or methods that are not unique to your project

Codingand Rights: We reserve the right to:

• Use and develop similar ideas, concepts, or functionalities for other clients
• Include a reference to your project in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
• Reuse non-proprietary components developed during your project

Fee Structure: Our fees are based on project scope or hourly rates as specified in your contract or SOW.

Payment Schedule: Standard payment terms include:

• An initial deposit before work begins (typically 30-50% of project cost)
• Milestone payments during development
• Final payment upon completion and delivery

Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur:

• Late payment fees (typically 1.5% per month)
• Suspension of ongoing work until payment is received
• Withholding of deliverables until payment is complete

All invoices are payable within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise specified.

Warranty: We warrant that:

• Our services will be performed in a professional manner
• Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
• We will correct defects identified during the warranty period (typically 30-90 days after delivery)

Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated:

• Services are provided "as is" without other warranties, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that applications will be error-free or operate without interruption
• We are not responsible for issues arising from modifications made by third parties

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Either party may terminate services:

• With Notice: By providing written notice as specified in your contract (typically 14-30 days)
• For Cause: Immediately if the other party materially breaches these terms

Upon Termination:

• You will pay for all services performed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work for which payment has been received
• Any advance payments for work not performed may be refunded at our discretion, less applicable fees

Early termination fees may apply as specified in your contract.
